On Thursday, May 12, Oroville Hospital CEO Bob Wentz unveiled big changes coming to the Hospital at the OEA Inaugural Gala.

Every year, millions of dollars are left on the table as local residents are forced to travel to Sacramento and the Bay Area for care not available in the North State. Oroville Hospital is looking to keep some of those dollars within our community as they expand the hospital and improve services. The new expansion will add an additional 160,000 square feet as well as a five-story tower. This expansion will add much needed new jobs to the community. In addition to a larger floor plan and expanded services, Oroville Hospital is committed to keeping and attracting talented healthcare professionals and their families to the Oroville Area by promoting the creation of quality housing communities such as the Whisper Ridge development proposed by Grant Hornsbeek. Another important method for gaining quality healthcare providers.
