CPUC TO HOLD HEARINGS TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT ON SECOND PHASE OF PG&E RATE CASE

SAN FRANCISCO, July 18, 2017 – The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is holding Public Participation Hearings to obtain comment from the public about Phase II of Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) rate case to determine the cost each customer class is responsible for
and to determine the rate schedules for each customer class. The specific dates, times, and locations of the Public Participation Hearings are as follows:

 

July 27, 2017, 2 p.m. AND 7 p.m.: Elihu M Harris Building, Room 1, 1515 Clay St., Oakland, CA 94612

 

August 14, 2017, 2 p.m. AND 6 p.m.: Bakersfield City Council Chamber, 1600 Truxtun Ave., Bakersfield, CA 93301

 

August 15, 2017, 2 p.m. AND 6 p.m.: 31 E. Channel St., Auditorium, Stockton, CA. 95202

 

Consumers are encouraged to attend Public Participation Hearings, as comments from the public can help the CPUC reach an informed decision. At each Public Participation Hearing customer service representatives from PG&E will be available to assist individual customers with their accounts. For those unable to attend a Public Participation Hearing in person, written comments on any proceeding may be submitted to: CPUC Public Advisor, 505 Van Ness Ave., San Francisco, CA 94102, or via email to public.advisor@cpuc.ca.gov.
